If you are looking to change the avatar on the toolbar simply replace <miranda>/skins/aero style/iavatar.jpg with your own, where <miranda> is the folder miranda is installed in (usually C:/Program Files/Miranda IM).

But one big problem: The infobar at the top shows not my avatar and not my name (just "Test"). How to fix it?
The username should be replaced with the name of the database you are using. If it's called 'Test' rename it.
Otherwise, if it still appears like that open up the .msf file and there should be one line that starts with 'tUsername....'. At the end of that line replace %profile% with your username.
By the way: Long time ago, you made a version with real Aero. Can't find it anywhere. What happened to it?
