How do you use the styler toolbar?

install styler
choose the toolbar you want to use in the configuration window
open an explorer window and right click on a toolbar
check "Styler Toolbar" and then uncheck everything else except "Lock Toolbars"
if you want to hide the menus you can do so from the styler configuration window

the skin is for windowblinds, which also works on vista
afaik, styler only works with xp
